RP Pant is a veteran in Nepal tourism Industry. For more than two decades, he has been a member of several organizations at different capacities and contributing to the tourism sector in Nepal. His team has been arranging special holiday trips to different parts of the world. The core value lies in helping create the adventure of a lifetime for a visitor. During his tenure in several organizations, he has created a family fun adventure with immersion of culture & wilderness trekking, wildlife safari and visitation to spiritual pilgrimage.  

Mr. Pant has served in the capacity of President at Nepal Entrepreneur Association of Tourism ( NEAT). Chairman at Himalayan Rescue Association  (HRA) and Trekking Agents Association of Nepal (TAAN). He also provides his valuable contribution as an advisor at Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA), Pasang Lhamu Mountaineering Foundation and Mountain Sport Federation Nepal. Promoter at Nepal Tourism Development Bank and executive director at Kasara Jungle Resort in Chitwan. 

Currently, Mr. Pant is the chairman of Cross Country Tours & Travels (P) Ltd.  He has also contributed to the entertainment industry in Nepal and played different roles in Nepali film and TV series, the most popular show “Hijo Aaja Ka Kura”, which was rated one of the best TV series of the time. 

He has been honored with many national awards like Tri –Shakti PATTA – 1996, Gorkha Daksin Bahu – 1990, Shubha Rajya Bhishek Rajat Mahotsav Padak., Daibee Uddhar Padak, SAT International Award in Italy  – 1996 & Acting Star (Abhinaya Tara)- 2008  

He has travelled most places in Nepal as a guide, trekker and a companion. His career in the movie industry has also given him tremendous opportunity to travel to several parts of Nepal.

Furthermore, he has travelled through more than 30 countries in the world. SOme of them are India, China, Tibet, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Japan, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxemburg, Netherlands, France, Italy, Slovenia, UK, Russia, Austria , the USA etc .

He has dedicated all his life in developing the tourism industry in Nepal and now he feels it’s time to give back and help the needy ones in Nepal while helping the emerging entrepreneurs develop their passion in the tourism industry in Nepal.
